|Dispatch and Optimization Module
||The dispatch and optimization module intelligently allocates mining equipment, creates schedules and assigns routes to mobile equipment in accordance to production objectives and available assets.
Dispatch managers can implement several optimization strategies based on computer algorithms with advanced built-in intelligence. These strategies are governed by several optimization parameters, each with a relevant weighting.
The parameters include, but are not limited to, loading control, mineral quality, queue minimization, road quality control, shift time control, tire behavior and fuel usage.
|Fuel Monitoring Module
||The fuel monitoring module provides “end to end” fuel logging including logging of fuel in gas stations, loading of fuel trucks, fuel feed from refuelers and control of fuel consumption by vehicles.
|Quality Management Module
||The quality management module monitors the quality of the ore in each excavator. Using high precision navigation and geological models, the module is able to determine the average quality of the ore being hauled to the warehouse. This information is in turn used to direct each dump truck to the correct warehouse to ensure the averaging of ore quality across all warehouses.
|Tire Management Module
||The tire management module monitors the entire lifecycle of tires. Intelligent algorithms provide insight into tire life expectancy, recommendations for service and overall tire performance.
|Road Quality Monitoring Module
||The road quality monitoring module compiles a history of road traffic and automatically determines the position of roads. Roads are classified as bench roads, dump roads and main roads. Using hardware onboard dump trucks, characteristics of the surface are estimated for each road.
|Drilling Operation Module
||The drilling operation module provides for the planning, management and control of drill rig operations based on mine drilling and blasting plans. Using high-precision positioning hardware, drill rigs are positioned at exactly the right location and all information is displayed in a user friendly graphical interface.
|Maintenance and Repair Module
||The maintenance and repair module assists in planning for maintenance and repair events by creating frequency recommendations for technical actions by running hours, mileage or time. Estimated dates of maintenance procedures can be manually adjusted for optimizing the repair team workload.
